I had the reconstructive surgery, December 9, 2008. Since 1 April, I have been trying to rehabilitate low-impact heart about 4 times per week, the joint.

I still feel pain when I just finished my leg completely. And I can not go down the stairs to give care to my bad leg. I did jump a little bit a little bit.

I have 3 tablets of glucosamine 1st April also.
