I installed the game, but my serial code is not working. How do I get a new one? HP accidentally threw the manual when I moved, and I ask everyone to sell me!

As others have said, contact EA.
It is not necessary that the Sims 3 registration code, but I think you have extra stuff.
The website is crap, let me not at all, even with my code.
